I am 32 years old and have been working for 15 years in a CEO (Centro de Educacion Ocupacional de Peru) where we make knit and crocheted goods and can specialize in certain techniques. I specifically make gloves, mittens and hats. The art of knitting and crocheting was handed down through generations. I have been knitting since I was very little, even then it was my favourite pasttime; I adapted old models to contemporary designs. I love my work and so do the women I work with every day.
